No Pingponging Conversations Archive Policy
Conversations are easier to read if they stay on one page. If I leave a message on your talk page, please respond there; I'm watching it. If you start a conversation here, I'll reply here, so please watch this page. Conversations which have not had additions in 48 hours may be moved to an archive page. My intent is that they will, but this is a manual process and I'm a human being. A 'conversation' is a group of messages delimited by a heading. Hopefully this will allow conversations to stay in one place long enough for people who are interested to read the whole thing, without leading to an overly long page. If that turns out not to be the case, I'll reconsider this policy.

Jtl

Jtl passed away on January 6, 2010. Jtl was among a few users who were instrumental in the establishment of the RW we've come to know, which is how most of us came to know him, whether at the time or by reading his work. He'll be missed. Nutty Rouxnever mind 20:23, 21 November 2010 (UTC)

WTF? Are you sure this is the same person? fuck. Aceword up 20:26, 21 November 2010 (UTC)

Wow, I'm sorry to hear about this. --Sir Onion Kneel before my vegetable might! 23:29, 21 November 2010 (UTC)
I was intrigued when he started to edit again in Dec 2009 - after years of absence. But he made only two or three edits, and I didn't tell him how much I liked his earlier work here: Doing stats here on RW, you always bumps into his stuff. I'm stunned. larronsicut fur in nocte 23:43, 21 November 2010 (UTC)
He was one of the original refugees and helped make RW what it is. He knew his stuff and was part of our first generation tech support team. I often thought him over the years, and I was very sad to hear about this. Tmtoulouse (talk) 00:14, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
Jtl was one of the kindest, smartest, most caring people ever. This is a huge loss. He will be remembered and loved always. Refugeetalk page 02:23, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
